Set the airflow
The L/H switch runs a small DC fan that feeds the fire — low for a gentle simmer, high for a full rolling boil. It draws so little power that a power bank, a 12V solar panel, or a home inverter runs it just as well as the included DC adapter.

Controlled airflow burns the fuel more completely, cutting the smoke and soot of an open wood fire.

What it eats
Wood pellets are what we recommend — they burn hottest and cleanest, so the flame runs stronger and the smoke drops the most. Twigs, wood waste and dry agricultural residue work too, when that's what's on hand.
