  1. Load the fuel

    Fill the steel chamber with wood pellets, dry twigs or wood waste.

  2. Set the fan

    The L/H switch runs a small fan: low to simmer, high for a rolling boil.

  3. Cook on a steady flame

    The fan feeds air so the fuel burns more completely, with far less smoke than a chulha.

  4. Top up as you go

    Add fuel mid-cook. Nothing runs out in the middle of a meal.

How much pellet replaces one cylinder?

Our hotel and restaurant customers report that one 19 kg commercial cylinder equals about 2 to 2.5 bags of pellets. At ₹600 a bag that is ₹1,200–1,500, against ₹2,900–3,300 for the cylinder.

How do you deliver?

We send the stove and pellets by courier, or by bus to your town. Delivery charges are the actual courier charge or bus fare, added to your order.

How do I pay?

Orders are prepaid by UPI or NEFT. Message us on WhatsApp and we will send the payment details.

What does the warranty cover?

For 6 months, we replace a damaged fan or electronics free. After 6 months, replacement parts are paid.

How do I get a replacement?

Either send us the damaged part and we will send the replacement once we receive it, or bring or courier the stove to our Dhekiajuli address. Shipping charges for sending the replacement back to you are extra.

What comes in the box?

The stove, a charger for the fan, and a user manual.

How long does one load of fuel burn?

At full flame, 1 kg of pellets burns for 25–30 minutes in the BFEXXL commercial stove and 50–55 minutes in the compact stove. On low flame it lasts longer.

Can I use it indoors?

It makes far less smoke than a chulha, but it is not as smoke-free as gas. Use it in a ventilated kitchen, near a window or exhaust, or outdoors.

What if there is a power cut?

The fan needs very little power. It runs on the included charger, a power bank, a 12V solar panel or a home inverter.
